Different discounts for composite items

    In a component i have 2 products. Problem is that i can define a new price only as:

    1. new fixed price for both products! (each product is for different price so i dont want to set same discounted price) o
    2. percentage discount (90% for example) Its better, but the result is not rounded and it does not looks good (i dont want to change settings of rounding in whole Woocomerce, because it has other impacts…)
    3. I miss a option for static discount for example -10$

    So is there any way, how to have rounded result in case of option 2?

    Or is possible to set fixed discount – like described in point 3?

    Or is it possible to set a new price per product separately?

    Hi @petadol ,

    For your information:

    • There’s no way to set up a different price for each item separately in the same component. This is technically impossible.
    • Our plugin will use the rounding settings from WooCommerce to make sure there is no conflicts with other external plugins.

    Unfortunately, there’s no workaround for your case. If you want to set a new price with fixed discount for each item, you can consider adding add-ons or extra products to one main item as Bought Together using https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-bought-together/ so users can set up a different price for each add-on item. Or you might need to separate the items into different components to have different prices.

    Thank you for your response and tip for plugin “WPC Bought Together”.

    Great think is that here i am able to set a price separately but again sadly only with percentage discount or new fixed value. But option for discount with specific value, for example -10$ is missing.

    Set a new price using a number (eg. 49) or percentage (eg. 90% of original price)

    Of course i am able make discount 10$ also with percentage calculation or with new fixed price. But what in case i will change a base price of additional product? In this case i have to edit all products where is defined as “Bought Together” and set new fixed/percetage discount…. Or is there at least any posibility how to set it in bulk?
