Different Flat Rate Shipping cost based on total value

    Hello,
    I would need to set the shipping charges based on the total order value.

    In detail, I should set the shipping costs to Europe as follows:
    – for orders up to € 1000 shipping costs amount to € 100
    – for orders over € 1000 the shipping costs amount to € 100

    In the settings, however, I can set the order value only for free shipping.
    I’ve already search in the forums and online but I haven’t found a solution.
    How can I do this?
