I would love to be able to add a different signup form for each list I have on MailChimp. So on my posts I subscribe visitors to list A, on my pages I want them to signup for list B.

When it comes to comments I would also love to be able to pick which list people would be subscribed to. In the above example I would pick list A.

You can do multiple lists on N-Media MailChimp plugin but I prefer your plugin in every other aspect. For example it doesn’t have the comment subscription or the thank you page redirection.

I recon with these features you would have the best plugin out there!

    Hi kcraigheid,

This is certainly something I’ve been thinking about and where I will be working on in the near future.

I was thinking about groups though, but you’re saying different lists would be a nice feature too?

I think this sounds like a great feature. For example “check this box if you want an e-mail when next book is published and check this box if you want to receive regular updates.

Correct. I think a lot of people who use mailchimp will have multiple lists. Being able to choose which list you sign up to and being able to add different subscription forms on different pages would be great.

For example on my website I offer:

50 incredible tips for a successful website – for web designers.

I would also like to add another list on the new features of the iOS 7 operating system -for iPhone, iPad and iPod owners.

Each list is distinct from the other, but I want to be able to subscribe people depending on their interests.

    Hope this makes sense!

    Oh yes,

this does make sense! I am also looking for a plugin that can handle different lists for such purposes.
I hope, you′re working well on it ?? Besides great work!

Hey, thank you for adding this great feature! You are the man!

The function I was looking for hasn’t yet been added. I wanted to have a different form on different pages – so on the home page they signup for one list, on the blog they signup for another.

Perhaps I didn’t explain it very well!

    Hi,
I would like that too. But in the meantime you have the possibility to choose one list for the register form and another for the “freestyle” form.

Guy is right, this is just a step in the direction of the functionality you described. Slowly refactoring the code to allow multiple forms etc..

The Pro version of this plugin now supports multiple forms, so you can have one form for list A and one form for list B.

However, I chose not to give visitors the option to choose to which list they subscribe inside a form. This is what MailChimp created interest groups for, group segmenting inside a list.

The FAQ shows an example field set-up on how to implement groups. Soon this will be added to the user-interface of the Pro version as well.

Hope that helps a little bit.
