Different from description

  • Maybe I am missing something, but version 3.5.0.1 I just installed looks nothing like the description on the video, or the screen shoots on the plugin homepage.

    Also, the settings are not in the “Woocommerce” navigation, but under a new menu listing (BeRocket).

    After setting up one report, it will not send any emails, and there is no button/link to send an email manually (for testing purpose for example).

    Please advice as I would like to use this plugin.

    Hi Biorn,

    Plugin was upgraded and the documentation is on the way.

    “After setting up one report, it will not send any emails” – install some email debug plugin and check why emails are not going away. It could be because of a lot of things.

    “there is no button/link to send an email manually” – we will add it asap.

    Dima, thanks for reply.

    I have WP Mail Logging Log installed, and it does not send the emails at all, they do not appear in the log.

    The log works correctly, as it displays all other emails sent as well as their status, etc.

    Hi Biorn,

    Did you update the plugin or it was fresh install? Try to re-save the limitation.

    I’ll ask our QA to check it.

    Sorry for the delay. It was a fresh install. I have saved the report I made again, but no changes. Still not sending anything out.
