• Hello everyone

After the last wordpress update (5.2.3.) we are experiencing an issue with our homepage.

The user gets a different homepage when logged in to the wordpress admin panel compare to the one when logged out.

The one available when logged in is the normal homepage of the site.

The one available when logged out, is the one we want to remove. The one available now at https://inthessaloniki.com/ .

We tried everything related to cache like emptying browser’s cache, emptying cache for all languages from Wp – rocket including checking and unchecking all options, refreshed everything, etc.

This has been also going on for 10 days so it is most probably not a server cache issues as well. In addition no significant changes were made (just the wordpress update).

Then, after talking with the support team of Wp-rocket we were told that this is a css skin cache issue related to the template. https://jumpshare.com/v/QjgwI84joNCiCto9gRoA

We talked with ait themes that provoded the template and they said that this is a plugin issue related to mega main menu.

Our question is the following: how can we disable the layer / skin that is now available as the homepage and return to the homepage we had that is now available only to the admin / logged in users?

Thank you very much for your time

Be sure all of your plugins are up to date. Confirm the actual source of the varying home page by deactivating all plugins. All users should now see the same page, otherwise the cause is your theme. Reactivate each plugin, one at a time, testing home page behavior after each. When the page varies again the last activated plugin is the cause. Take up the issue with the devs of that plugin.
