Different images in posts

Hi, I have a problem with images. The matter is that I want the images at home page and in posts to be of different sizes. For example, like at themebox.org, at home page visitors see thumbnails, and after they click on one of them, they get to the inner page with a big image. Please help. Thanks in advance.
