Different Language display problems after upgrade from popups to wp popups

    Dear support team,

    I’ve already migrated from older version popups to wp popups lite. Now I have the issue that the different language approach seems not to work any more while using WPML language translation on my site.

    Formerly I could select the language and edit the popup accordingly, but now both popups are displayed in EN or DE version. It seems that your new version does not provide the WPML different language approach.

    Now I have the problem that those popups are displayed on DE site in EN and DE and on EN site in EN and DE as well.

    Please help to enable only for the specific language approach.

    Hi @wci,
    the new version works differently. You need to create as many popups as needed and then use the language display rule to select where those popup should appear.

    I’ve tried by adding this rule, but there is no language selection I intead need to input something in this field. So I tried

    for the english popup I set this rule
    Language is equal to “EN”

    for the german popup I set this rule
    Language is equal to “DE”

    But still no positive results
    I am still looking forward to your help.
