Different Language Lists

Hi, installed and activated plugin and all OK. However, my website runs in two languages (English & French). I use Divi with Bloom and have created two optin forms each using the appropriate API key for the relevant language so that I can keep the subscriptions separate in order to create language based newsletters. I can’t see how I could achieve this with your plugin.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
