Different languages have different stock

I’m looking for a solution to the problem:
How can I have localised versions of Woocommerce, so that I can serve a different language depending on the user location?
How can I have different stock settings depending on the language? Example the English store would have 10 t-shirts, while the French store would have 2 of the same t-shirts.
Do you have any suggestions?
