Different Mobile and Desktop website

  • While Using Astra with Elementor, all of a sudden, might site stop reflecting changes on Mobile and only changes where happening on Desktop.

    I do use Free Cloudflare and I also use Siteground caching, but the problem is not a caching issue. It is something else, also in another thread the Customer Service mentioned that Astra comes fully optimized. Whatever.

    Please dont tell me I wasted 200 dollars only to have to revert back to a theme that works. I am highly disappointment.

  • Hello, if you are using Astra Pro, you will not get support here. Please open a support ticket with Astra.In general, there is no guaranteed support from Astra in this forum.

    If you are using Astra Free, we cannot help you without any information.

    Hi @pokodex, sorry for the long delay.

    “Unfortunately”, from what you described, it sounds like cache related. Whenever the changes we did on the backend is not reflecting on the frontend, most probably it’s due to the cache.

    If you haven’t done already you might want to consider reaching out to our Support Portal, especially you are a pro user.
