Which mobile menu plugin are you using?

Please can you disable whatever it is that is preventing right clicks on your page, that will make it easier to work on.

I’m using the Max Mega Menu plugin (megamenu.com) and the WP Mobile Menu (freshlight lab).

I disabled the plugin, which prevented from righ tclick.

Thanks. At the moment, on all pages, I see your theme menu toggle icon, which slides out a panel (also controlled by your theme), and within that panel I see Max Mega Menu.

But I don’t see any sign of WP Mobile Menu. Please check their documentation here: https://www.wpmobilemenu.com/knowledgebase/general-options/enable-mobile-menu/ , and if you have problems configuring it, you can ask on their support forums here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/mobile-menu/

Hi Tom,

The mobile menu is on. I want to turn off the max mega menu for the mobile version so that the mobile menu or the theme mobile menu works properly.

The second solution would be if I could edit the mobile menu, e.g. the submenu items “Produkte” don’t fit on the display of the smartphone, and I cannot scroll, so some items are cut.

There ist too much distance between the submenu items in the mobile version.

Hi,

Please go to Mega Menu > Menu Locations, expand the menu location and go to the Advanced tab. In there, set the Active Menu Instance to “1”.

I solved the problem. I could turn off the max mega menu for the mobile version.
