Different navigation points from desktop to mobile menu possible?

Yes our mobile menu is different from the desktop menu. You can set the width that the mobile menu will be visible.

If I understood correctly you want to add the text in the bottom of the panel you can use the widgetized areas.

Use the left menu bottom or the right menu bottom.
