Different Notes with new WP Version

    Hi,

    like your plugin but since WP 4.7 I’m getting different “Notice” messages with
    WP_DEBUG: true.

    Error on /wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=page:
    Notice: Undefined variable: posted in ../wp-content/plugins/contact-form-submissions/Admin.php on line 386

    Error on /wp-admin/edit.php
    Notice: Undefined index: post_type in ../wp-content/plugins/contact-form-submissions/Admin.php on line 101

    With WP_DEBUG OFF no problem. Happens on different servers.
    Could you look into this?
