Different Number Desktop & Weird Text Bubble

    Hi:

    We’re getting started using Chaty and have a couple questions.

    1. On the desktop – when someone clicks the Chaty call now icon – the phone number that pops up in Facetime IS NOT OUR NUMBER?! It works fine on an iPhone, but not on desktop. It’s like our app is being spoofed or somehow the number is being changed. Is that a Chaty thing or is it a Facetime thing?

    2. Many times, when website is first opened, there will be an tiny empty message bubble hovering along side the icon. There won’t be any words in it until you hover, then it fills in the “Call Now”. But it looks weird initially sitting there empty. Incidentally, once the Call Now is hovered on and it shows, I can refresh the page, and the initial weird text bubble is now gone.
