Different payment methods, by subscription and individual payment at the same ti

I need help to be able to receive subscription payments and individual payments for the courses, this would be a monthly subscription as proposed in Paid memberships pro, but at the same time it is also possible to sell the courses for an individual price, is this possible at all? form with lms tutor? Or do I need some custom development?
