Different positions on desktop and mobile

Hi! i want to put the button on the right in desktop and left for mobile, using pluging settings i put button to the left (or right) and with CSS i try to put it in the opposite side for mobile but cant overwrite the inherited css so i need some help.
Also i want to disable the animation and the delay the button has, i need it on screen as soon as you enter to any page, i tried setting transform and transition to ‘unset’ but the button never appears on screen doing this. please help
