Different post header than posted

I am using WP for decades but never faced weired situation like this.
Yesterday i wrote a Post https://mynation.net/docs/953-2015/
Actual header is SC : Abuse of the process of law, Quash false Criminal case same can be seen on Browser panel.
but when you see post header displayed is SC : Abuse of a routine of law, Quash false Criminal case
What is this weired WP behavior

https://mynation.net/docs/683-2010/it says underneath medical treatment but its under medical treatment
something weired is going on, the whole header is wrong, display something else.
