Different post templates for different language versions

How can I load different single.php instances depending on the site language? Page templates are easy to set and there are no issues at all, but post templates are completely different story. I need two language versions of my single.php, but honestly, since I don’t have any PHP skills, I don’t have the slightest idea how to achieve that.
