    Hi all

Basically I use wordpress as a standard website,
but on two pages (PageA, PageB) I need to see some posts.
I have created two categories, CatA and CatB.
Now I created two Posts, PostA I assign to CatA
and PostB I assign to CatB.
Now, on my Pages: On PageA I like to see all the posts
from CatA and on PageB I like to see all the posts from CatB.

How can I do this ?
Thanks a lot for any help !
    Best regards
    Frank

    Frank,

Are those posts basically the only thing you need to see on those pages? If so, if you’ll go to your Menu settings, you’ll notice an item that says Categories. Click on it, and it’ll show a drop down box with a page for each category. You can add those pages and it will show only the posts to those particular categories for each page.

if you want an entire page that shows a single category of posts this is already built in to WordPress

assuming your theme supports at least 1 custom menu location you can add category “pages” using custom menu?
    in dashboard go to APPEARANCE>MENU
add desired category to custom menu.

since you did not provide link to website I can’t tell which theme you are using. however, most newer themes work fine with custom menu function.

    Hi contentiskey

Thank you for your answer ??
I am using standard twentyfourteen theme.
    You can see here: https://www.symmetric.ch

I have tried to add category to menu; In menu BLOGS
you see the two I created. But I also have created
a post for each category but it does not show this posts ??

    Any mode ideas ?

how many published posts are assigned to each of the categories?

please provide the full URL for the posts that should be showing in each of the categories.

I have only one post for each category.
While I was writing now, I found out that the previous
“blog” pages still exists. Now, when I deleted them it almost works.
There is just a little problem with the WPML languages.

Thank you for your help !
