    Good evening,
    I’ve been using this plugin for a while and it works fine. But, I don’t know exactly when, one of the states stopped working properly.
    I have subdivided the shipping in three areas: Italy with 0 €, Europe with 10€ and extra EU with 40€. But now every shipment to Germany is free, even if it calculates the right price at first.
    If you wish I can send you some screenshots to show you what I see from the backend.
    All other countries show the right shipping prices.
    Can you help me to understand why?

    We are not providing free support for this plugin for quite some time now. It was intended to create shipping zones on WooCommerce before 2.6 (released in June 2016). We just release security and compatibility versions now.

    You should be using the native WooCommerce shipping zones by now.
