    Hi @tspinde

Your question is quite insightful. However, WooCommerce doesn’t support different images for the same product in different categories out of the box. I even couldn’t find any plugin that does it exactly.

I recommend using custom code to implement it as the best option. I’ve done some research for you and found a potentially helpful discussion on Stackoverflow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/66838100/woocommerce-display-different-product-thumbnails-on-category-page

For reference, this particular forum is meant for general support with the core functionality of WooCommerce itself. For development and custom coding questions, it’s best to ask for insight related to those on either the WooCommerce Advanced Facebook group or the WooCommerce Community Slack. Many of our developers hang out there and will be able to offer insights into your question. You can also seek help from the following:

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get some further insight/information.

Hi Shameem. Thank you so much for the kind response! I think I’ll go to developing it myself, then post the solution. But might take some time, was just wondering wheter I’m missing some plugin or similar.

    Hello @tspinde,

I’m delighted to hear that you’re considering developing the solution yourself, and it’s great to know that you plan to share the solution here and contribute to the WooCommerce Community.

While there are various plugins available that offer different functionalities, sometimes creating a custom plugin or code snippet is the best way to tailor your site to your precise requirements.?

Best of luck with your development, and I look forward to seeing your solution.

    Thanks!
