    Hello people,

I’ve got this weird bug that keeps on happening, but I personally, cannot reproduce it. I keep on getting messages from my customers that they’ve added a product to the cart, filled out the order form and placed the order and when they receive the notification it’s a different product from the desired one. Woocommerce -> Orders shows the wrong one too.
Now, if this was a particular case I’d say the user might be a bit dumb, but I got to the point where there are about 5 complaints/day with the same issue.

Do you guys have the slightest idea of why is this happening? What could cause this? I find it impossible to solve the issue when you can’t replicate the problem ??

    Thanks!

If only the products are changing, and not the customer details, I wouldn’t expect it to be caching. Is there any pattern to these orders?

@mike – hey man and thanks for your reply. Well, it’s a odd one this one.
So, I’ve got categories and sub-categories for those categories.

Last week the products that were being processed (not the ones that were being added initially) were from a sub-category, this week it’s a different sub-category. This week I’ve been following it more closely and the replaced products seem to be from the same sub-category.
I also have to mention that I’ve got W3Total Cache enabled on my site, but I’ve ‘_wp_session_’ to the ignore list in the Database Cache as advised on different forums.

Exclude wc-ajax from the page caching too – those are used for ajax events. And checkout/cart etc pages.

@mike – Thank you for your reply. Without trying to sound too rude, could you please advise me where exactly should this be listed and using what parameters?

Is it under ‘Page Cache -> Never cache the following pages:”? If so what exactly do I have to include there?

Sorry, I know this isn’t really your area, but I’m pretty sure that there will be people running into this over and over (and, obviously, you’re better at this than myself.)

I believe its in the page caching section. You can input strings to exclude.
