different rule for homepage

  • The plugin is great, by the way, the best cache plugin today!!!!

    But could you add a specific cache rule for the home page?

    I would like it to be cached because the home is accessed a lot, but it is updated a few times a day.

    And if I put a rule of a few hours in “Cloudflare Cache-Control max-age”, it will affect all other pages that don’t need as much updating.

    This is strange because it should be the “Browser Cache-Control max-age” that would determine the lifetime of the html page cache in the user’s browser.

    Hi @dariocoutinho,
    You don’t need any extra page rule beside the one added by this plugin. When your home page gets updated the plugin will purge that automatically. You should NOT use any page rule to tinker with Cloudflare cache behaviour beside what the plugin does for you.
