    A bit of variability is normal from check-to-check as some of the metrics google is reporting on will be different for a variety of reasons. Things like how long the server took to respond.

    Now in your case a change of 4 to 67 is huge and I’d recommend you look closely at the two reports to see what google said was responsible for this very poor report of 4. This should give you a clue to help you further research and figure out what is going on.

    Perhaps the pagespeed report of 4 was done when cache on your site was invalid, but the 67 was fully cached. Maybe there was an error on your server that made it very slow to respond. I can only speculate but looking at the report should give you more details.
