I havent found solution, I’ve emailed their support team and havent heard back from them.

I was able to resolve this issue with table rate shipping plugin ??

how do I recieve the resolved issue with the tablet rate shipping? do i download the new plugin?

You can actually create flat rate shipping

then add thsi plugin https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-conditional-shipping-and-payments/

to manage when specific shipping methods should show or not.
