    Hi Guys,

Just wandered if anyone can give an helping hand here.

Basically we are using Woocommerce to setup a shop and 5 of our products are very large items aimed at corporate companies where as the rest of our products are aimed at the usual Joe Bloggs. So our prices are inclusive of VAT.

However for the 5 products aimed at corporate companies we would like to display just these 5 excluding vat so we can add +VAT to the product, this way the companies know how much they are paying and the fact they can claim back their VAT. Hopefully making the price look a little more attractive.

So my question being is it possible or is there a plugin that will allow for me to do this, just have those 5 products say +vat and the rest as they are?

Thanks you to anyone who can help me here.

    Hi Stef,

This is perfect thank you, awesome response with the loom as well, thanks for taking the time to do this.

Just one question is there anyway I can get those products with my custom rate to display +vat on the price and all other products not to. I know there is a suffix option but this applies to all products?

You can check out this plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/elex-product-price-custom-text-before-after-text-and-discount-for-woocommerce/) to show suffix text for specific products only.

    A new problem has arrived…

My customer wants to display the prices including VAT on the shop section except for the 5 products mentioned above. Which is fine we have that in the settings. But now on those 5 products above where we display the prices and then want to add VAT these products are now displaying a cheaper price in the checkout are and thinking it is adding the VAT because of the selected option of show prices inclusive of VAT.

Is there a way I can make it so all products are displaying prices inclusive of VAT and still do the VAT breakdown at checkout. Then these 5 products display without VAT and add the VAT at checkout?

Absolute mind bender this I know, any help here is much appreciated.
