  • Hi @nitrat,

That depends a bit on what you would like to do exactly. You can create your own?custom template?and hide/show elements based on the products in the order.

I hope this answers your question.

I have already created two different templates and two different products. How to assign a template to each product?

    Hi @nitrat,

I would like to better understand what you want to achieve. Could you tell us what is the difference between the two versions of the document for each product?

Two different products have a different type of invoice. Therefore, two different templates.

    Hi @nitrat,

Could you please explain what is the difference between both templates? Does it change the layout and design completely, or do you only will display or hide some custom data or text based on the products? We ask this because based on your answer, we can offer a better advice.

Please note that we don’t provide support for custom templates, that is, if you indeed need to use different templates, this can be only offered as a custom job for a fee. If you’re 100% that this is what you’re needing, and you want to receive a quote for this, please contact us by [email protected]

On the other hand, if you only need to display or hide specific data of the PDF document, our recommendation is to use a different approach, taking advantage of the filter hooks and action hooks instead to achieve it.

I made two completely different templates myself. The problem is that each product needs a different template. And in the plugin, you can select only one at the default

Thanks for your reply, but you didn’t answer my question: What is the difference between both templates?

We have understood from the beginning that you have (or wanted to use) different templates, but we need to know what are the differences you made in both templates, so we can provide you a more accurate advice.

    Yes

Thanks for answering my question. In such case, as I mentioned above, we can’t provide extra support for this in these forums.

That said, if you have a valid license for Premium Templates or the Professional extension, and since I understood that you have already created both templates (we don’t offer support for custom templates even with a valid license), we can provide you with a code snippet, as part of premium support, to switch between templates. Please contact us at [email protected] and send us your license details and the product conditions to change the templates, so that we can start writing the code snippet for you.
