Different templates for different requests to the post

Good time of day.
The question is as follows. On my page now done portfolio section and depending on the category and linked files, when clicked in the loop? opend iframe window or media player, or just gallery. So, in order to minimize the load and improve the aesthetic appearance of posts offered in the iframe, created a separate php template file, used only within the portfolio categories of subcategories.
Is it possible to somehow show posts from the loop with my php in iframe, but at the same time, if they would open direct links, for example, from search engine, the template must be a standard single.php.
Perhaps the solution is in the code, but I unfortunately did not find.
