Different thumbnail sizes

For some reason my website generates different thumbnail sizes on some products. Here are a few examples:
https://www.uniontiles.co.za/?product_cat=sqt 225px × 225px (scaled to 52px × 52px)
https://www.uniontiles.co.za/?product_cat=medousa 225px × 225px (scaled to 103px × 103px)
https://www.uniontiles.co.za/?product_cat=lineage 225px × 225px (scaled to 128px × 128px)How do I set the scaling to the same size for all thumbnails?
I have set the image in Media Settings and ran Regenerate Thumbnails, but the problem persists?
