Different times for days

Would like to see this plugin taken to another level by allowing the ability to specify different deadline times for each day.
I have a site that will offer next day delivery, but the times vary for different days.
E.G. Mon – Fri : 8:00pm, Saturday : 4:00pm, Sunday : 2:00pmhttps://www.ads-software.com/plugins/delivery-countdown-timer/
