    First off, this plugin is spectacular! We’ve been using it just for a few days and the features it offers are astounding. Need a bit of help. I’ve set a widget schedule and I wanted to know if there are different trigger messages I can set depending on if the widget is online or offline. For instance, during the offline schedule which is anything outside 9AM to 6PM EDT, we have a message notifying users that we are offline but they can still leave messages. However, this messages shows up even when the widget is in the online schedule. Can I show a different message when its in the online schedule? I tried setting up an Advanced trigger but that did not work.

    The form that shows up when you are ONLINE is the Pre-Chat Form.

    Pre-Chat Form is an optional way to gather more information from visitors before allowing them to enter the chat.

    To disable this function, follow the steps below:

    1. In your Dashboard, click the Admin gear icon in the left corner.

    2. Select Chat Widget from the Channels list.

    3. Under the Widget Content, click Edit Content.

    4. Under Widget State, click the Pre-Chat option.

    5. Toggle the switch to disable the form.
