different user roles with different permissions

    Hi,
    we have created different user roles. We also use your plugin for this, because we want user role 1 to see only own posts and media and user role 2 to see all posts and media (no admin). Is this so possible with your plugin? we have not found any ways for this to work so far.

    User 1 should be able to post and upload media, but nothing else.
    User 2 should see and manage all of these posts, as well as see and manage all media that is uploaded.
