Different Usernames for Site

  • Is there a way to setup a different display name for the different sites? I currently have two sites; one which is professional and I use my real name and the other is a fan site which I would like to display a pseudonym.

  • Are you referring to having a different login username?

    or could you rather elaborate as to which user name your are referring to please?

    I am talking about the display name for a single user on a multisite install. I need the main site to display my real name and the second site to display my nickname.

    There’s no built-in functionality for that; you’re in plugin, or theme-tweaking, territory.

    I would go towards the theme. That’s what display your name on the front end.
