Different versions of plugin

    Tried the free version on my site and everything worked perfectly so decided to upgrade to the pro version to facilitate a need where I needed the Pop up to close.

    However after purchasing the pro version and installing it, it no longer worked, tried contacting support but still not heard back from them.

    However one thing I did notice is that the free version that has the locked features is version 1.7 compared tot he pro version which is 1.5

    I’m guessing there’s a major difference between the two to explain why the free one works better than the pro version.

    Kind of frustrating to be honest, especially when you don’t hear back from support

    @xootix Nope, Nothing in any of my spam folders other than an alert that you’ve replied to this message……

    All sorted now!

    Just as a note for anyone else, if you have other plugins that use lightboxes, make sure they are not set to work with all wordpress images
