Different wp-login page

You should be able to copy your wp-login.php file from the clean version and put it in the main directory for the blog on the left. Be sure to backup your wp-login.php file just in case.

login and go to wp-admin/update-core.php and press re-install now or upgrade what ever work.

@johnbhartley and Pankaj Pandey: just done both and never changed.

seems some plugin or theme function changing login page. send me url of login so i check and tell you possibility

that is creating this problem.

Solution
add a line after that css line
#login form { display:block; }

just find https://www.andreaduni.com/wp-content/themes/adventure-journal/style.css

and add #login form { display:block; }, any where

?ver=3.3 added by theme.
