    Hi,

It’s kind of strange, please see the 2 screenshots as follow…

https://snipboard.io/vXg28Q.jpg this one is from the visitor computer, the square box in the left is bigger, but zoom ratio is only 1:1.

https://snipboard.io/LyeRAz.jpg this one is from the admin computer, the square box in the left is smaller, but zoom ratio is as expected.

I’m using the free version of WP Image Zoom, all the setting is default.

Any idea why the zoom ratio is different?

    Thanks

Would you please try deactivating the “Performance speed -> Enable site accelerator -> Speed up image load times” option on the “WP Admin -> Jetpack -> Settings -> Performance” page?

    Hi @diana_burduja

Yes, disable “Speed up image load times” solved the problem, thanks!

Will you have update release to solve this problem while we still can enable “Speed up image load times”?

I’m not sure if that can be solved, but I’ll try looking for a solution. If there is a solution, then I’ll definitely add it to the plugin.
