Differentiate Pagination Title

    Hello there

    Great plugin! but I was wondering whether there is a way to modify the title and its meta description of paginated pages. ?

    I want to give different titles for paginated pages, like example.com/page/2 (to be called: Page 2 of 100), for now its showing titles from my blog posts that causing duplicate title and meta description.
