Difficult installation

  • It is told in the Installation instructions to use this command to change permissions to 777:

    # chmod 777 /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/wp-content/

    using web hosting control panel or my FTP / SSH account.

    How or where do I enter these commands in my FTP client Filezilla? Should I enter the exact same way or do I need to replace anything in the commands above? My idea of using a plugin was to avoid complicated manual procedures but this appears to be pretty daunting.

    Please advice.
