Difficulties in obtaining update for Contact Form to DB Extension Edit

We have purchased the plugin to allow updating of values of data captured by Contact Form DB, We constantly have the following message at the top of our dashboard:
Plugin Contact Form to DB Extension Edit should be updated. Get the upgrade
Current version: 1.0.1, Needed version: 1.2.1Try as submit the request for the update we never get the file, can you please PM me to get email info so you can send us the file manually.
We have checked the junk folder of our email client and the update is not there.
