I have uploaded the new PDF and attached it to the correct page but the site still only sees the older PDF in the embedded link, what am I missing?

I have, the PDF (which is embedded in a link on the page) only sees the old PDF. I am reluctant to delete the old PDF until the new populates

Can you post a link to this page?

The link to the PDF shows up here:

    <a target="_blank" href="https://programassist.org/wp/wp-content/uploads/ASSIST-Referral-form-7_14_14.pdf" title="REFERRAL FORM">CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD OUR REFERRAL FORM!</a>

    IS that the old one?

That is the old one, yes. The new one, which I can view on the backend of the site, is designated as ASSIST New Referral form 4_16_15.

I’m relatively certain I’m not seeing the embedded link in the dashboard but I’m not certain where to look. The Original was setup by a Staff Editor.

Can you not change that link?

What is the actual link to the new one? The old URL is probably not the same – as it has /wp/ in the URL.

Look under Pages for a Contact Us page.

Yes I found that page as well, but I’m afraid I don’t see where or how to change the link.

What is visible in the Dashboard for that page in the editing window? Anything?

It’s got an editing tab that lets me see the page as it is on the site and in theory make changes. I have made some changes to text and changed it back so I know it works. I just seem unable to figure out how to change the target of the link.

Is there not text there for that link? Have you tried switching to the TEXT editor?

There is text for the link. Wait. Do you right clink the link, can you change the target that way?

You should be able to just replace this part:

    https://programassist.org/wp/wp-content/uploads/ASSIST-Referral-form-7_14_14.pdf

With the URL for your new version.
