Difficulty Changing Default Info on Big Contact

  • While I can click on the editable fields, delete the default info and add my custom info, it does not save. I’ve tried it several times and can’t figure out how to get rid of the default info and add mine.

    Now I have 10 default cells for Phone and Number.

    Can someone help me work through this or this is an issue with this plugin?

  • I had the same problem. Has anyone found a solution? It’s very frustrating. If you can suggest a page builder that does the same thing, that would be great as well.

    I’m having the same issue. I am assuming it is due to the plugin not being compatible with the latest version of WordPress…

    This plug in is a pile a dog’s doo and I popped in just to complain really, but I can answer your question. It’s bad jQuery programming, nothing to do with WordPress versions.

    Basically to edit, edit on the field, press return when you’re done, the field contents should turn to “click to edit”. At that point refresh the page.

    the same with the + and – buttons. press them then press refresh.
