Difficulty using in a link/href for a URL

  • I love this plugin. However, its not easy to make it work with the WordPress editor to create a link (used as an HREF value). I want the result to be this when using the editor:

    My favorite plugin is XYZ Snippets!

    The WP editor escapes quotes etc and makes a mess. Any good way around this?

    I plan to use your plugin to manage all of my external URL’s across my website. What is the best way to approach this?

    i guess you should be enclosing the href attribute in single quotes instead of double quotes and shortcode attributes in double quotes itself

    or the vice-versa
