Difficulty using variable {{user-name}}

  • Hi,
    I am updated to 1.2.1 and have tried using {{user-name}} in the results email. It is still printing “{{user-name}}”. Any thoughts on why this is not working or how I can discover why it is not working? I’m assuming the problem is on my end. Thank you very much.

    I can’t answer this, sorry. It works for us and I can’t imagine how the variable could remain there when the line that replaces it is in front of my eyes.
