Digital downloads file partially downloads

Hi,
I’ve recently added Digital downloads and while the majority of the uploaded files download correctly some files are not downloading fully.

I’ve verified that the files are correctly uploaded to the host server.
I’ve performed several attempts and noticed that the downloaded amount varies each time.

How might I go about debugging this ? or is there a fix i coud try ?
