Digital Downloads link page to download file not available

Refresh your permalinks — go to “Settings > Permalinks” and click the save button. There is no need to make any changes to the structure, just click “Save” and see if that helps resolve the issue.

If you have done that with no success, then it is likely your theme and or another plugin causing interference. With that said, I’d recommend you switch to a default theme, like Storefront, to see if the issue persists. If the issue goes away, then you’ll need to contact your theme author to resolve this. If the issue is still there, then you’ll need to disable all your plugins, except for WooCommerce, to see if that resolves the issue. If it does, please re-enable your features one at a time until it breaks again, and then contact the author of that plugin causing the issue

I have tried and from what i see on the url for the download link, the file path is missing the uploads folder i.e https://example.com/2019/07/productxyz instead of https://example.com/dive/2019/07/productxyz

It sounds like you might have a plugin conflicting somewhere.

1.) To begin, please make sure that your theme and all plugins are up to date.

2.) Try to deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce to see if the issue persists. If the problem goes away, re-activate and test each plugin to see if you can determine which plugin the problem originates from.

**Note:** If you do not want to perform these steps on your live site, you can create a staging server by using the plugin WP Staging (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/). This plugin lets you copy and re-deploy a WordPress site with minimal work.
