I get taken through to paypal when I try to enable the digital wallets then get a message saying “Congratulations?Sarah! You’ve been approved to use PayPal Complete Payments” but it doesn’t actually enable in the plugin.

    Hello @sreford

With the information provided, I am not completely sure what the situation is you are encountering. You might not have your account successfully onboarded, so you might need to try again. If that keeps failing, you can also try this with all other plugins deactivated, to avoid this is failing because of a plugin conflict.

However, first you might want to verify that if your account has been onboarded by checking the connection tab and seeing if the 4 account fields (Email address, Merchant Id, Client Id and Secret Key) have been populated.

There is not much to go on at this moment, so please provide more details for me to help you. If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well)

    Kind regards,

Already got it sorted out, by clearing plugin data then relogging in. But now I am having problems enabling Apple Pay. Everything is registered properly on paypal’s end, but for some reason, I am getting “Status: Domain validation failed” in the plugin.

    Hello @sreford,

yes, that is something we need to document better, because it is actually not really a problem as you expect. This domain validation is automatically done, when you use the Apple Pay button for the first time.

So, all you have to do to clear this notification is use an Apple device go to your checkout and press the Apple Pay button and the notification should clear by itself.

Let me know if that helped you resolve this.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hey,

I don’t actually have an Apple device I can use, unfortunately, I’m more of an Android person.

    Hello @sreford,

My colleague used his iPhone to do this, so the notfication “Status: Domain validation failed”, should not be there any longer.

I will mark this thread as resolved. Let us know if you are still seeing any issue or open a new thread if you encounter any other issue.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
