This problem appears on a clean installation of plugins “Woo Subscriptions, WooCommerce All Products For Subscriptions, Square” on a standard theme “Storefront”

This is odd, @mrfedor, as Square fully supports Woo Subscriptions, as is documented here.

We are not talking about payment at checkout, but the withdrawal of quick payment from Google and Apple on the product page. When using the “WooCommerce All Products For Subscriptions” plugin, buttons from Google/Apple are not displayed on the product page. There are no problems with regular products where there is no subscription option.

Based on your explanation, it seems like there might be a compatibility issue between the WooCommerce Square plugin and the WooCommerce All Products For Subscriptions plugin regarding the display of digital wallets on the product page.

While Square does support Woo Subscriptions, the integration with the WooCommerce All Products For Subscriptions plugin might not be seamless, causing the digital wallet options to not display correctly.
