    My blog has been active for a while (long enough to have been running b2 back when wordpress was b2), but I’ve never posted it here. You’re welcome to glance at it and comment!

    Btw, I’m aware that it doesn’t play well in 800×600 resolution. I generally design for that resolution, but this design only worked visually for me in 1024×768, and I figured… “Hey, it’s my site. It’s gotta look right for me…” If I ever design for someone else, I’ll go back to the ever-constraining 800×600 rule.

  • Wow, that’s a great design, so unlike usual blog sites. Did you do all the graphics youself?

    Yeah, the graphics are my own. I dinked around in photoshop to make the paper effects, and the book is a scanned (and edited) 1930’s edition of Herodotus’ History.

    Very cool. The paper effects give it the design a more visible texture thats just appealing to the eyes. Nice work
