Dimensions of image?

  • Hello, sorry for such a basic question…

    I’m assuming the slider chooses the Featured Image, and if one is not found then it uses the first image in the post?

    What size does the featured image need to be so that it doesn’t distort the image at all? I’m running into a problem where it’s selecting a vertical picture (the first in the post) and when it pulls it into the slider, it’s extremely distorted.
