Dir depth bug affects Wiki menu item in Appearance

It seems to be the directory depth:
https://www.mysite.com/w/allwordpressstuff -> OK
database prefix wp_w_
or
database prefix wp_main_https://www.mysite.com/c/a/allwordpressstuff -> NO MENU
database prefix wp_c_a_Could you please fix this?
I woud really appreciate a quick fix. I can modify the code.
